what so good abt the market rite??

well ...abt money wise i'll be controlling how we spent the money every sunday...

is a good habit to know how u spent and what to cut down...u know

plus carrying the bag ( save on plastic mah) allows me to exercise ...

plus spent time with mum -basically

The whole time i was in the market...seriously keep thinking abt some stuff

no matter how hard i try to stop myself ... it keep rewinding in head...

i know face the fact , learn from mistake , don't blame yourself instead appreciate yourself..., stop complaining , stop living in denial or just ignore abt it and all those shit...blah blah blah
